  • 8 oz linguine
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb mussels, cleaned
Cooking Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)

Cooking
  1. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  2. Pour in the white wine and let it simmer for a few minutes.
  3. Add mussels, cover the skillet, and cook until mussels open, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in cherry tomatoes, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  5. Toss in the cooked linguine and mix well to combine all ingredients and heat through.
  6. Serve with a sprinkle of red pepper flakes if desired.

Notes

For storage, keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. When reheating, warm gently on the stovetop with a splash of water to avoid mushy pasta. For an alcohol-free version, swap white wine for vegetable broth.
